An Award!

Thanks so much,Kelly , for the award!

The Liebster Blog Award is given to bring new blogs to light. It's a great way to share blogs that might not otherwise be seen or ones you want to share with others.

As a recipient of this award I must share the love and pay it forward by:

1-Creating a post where I blog about the Liebster award & reveal my 3-5 blog picks
2-Let the honorees know that I selected them
3-Copy & paste the blog award on my blog

Now I have the huge task of narrowing down my favorite blogs that I love to visit and gain inspiration from so I can share them with you.

New blogs that you must visit are...

Emily
Beth

Simply Adorned

Believe it or not, this is Stampin' UP!  The charm is from the simply adorned jewelry items.  I love the fact that this opens to change the inserts to match your mood.  The flower is part of the Bliss stamp set from the Sale-A-Bration catalog (free!).  The ribbon is old olive grosgrain.  TFL!

All Wrapped Up

Yet another challenge card...This one is for Stampin' Up Only's retired stamp set challenge.  I used the set All Wrapped Up, which is still one of my favorites.  Paper is whisper white, chocolate chip, and bashful blue.  I also used the scallop trim border punch.  The ribbon is also a retired item.  The stamped images were colored with the pastels.  TFL!

I'm No Quitter

I created this card for a 411 sketch challenge.  It features one of my favorite subjects...chocolate!  I used the stamp set Eat Chocolate.  Cardstock used includes crumb cake, chocolate chip, and whisper white.  The ribbon is chocolate chip (I think it's retired now) and the ink colors are chocolate chip and early espresso.  I also used the scallop square and the scallop border punches.  Thanks for looking!

Easter Wishes

Wish I could take the credit for the design on this one, but I have to give props to Kelly Birrell (the queen!)  This was a card we made at her stampin' club.  I love the different textures!  All of the products are Stampin' Up, even the fabric!  The fabric yoyo (don't ask me why it's called that) was actually easy to make.  LOVE this design!!!  Thanks for looking and be sure to check out Kelly's blog Scrap Happy!

Enjoy Your Day (part 2)

Same stamps as last time, but different color combo and used two circle punches instead.  The card is tempting turquois and I used temp. turq. and chocolate chip inks.  The patterned paper is some of my stash.   I thought this one looked a little more manly!

Enjoy your day!

I needed a few more birthday cards and decided to use up some of my paper stash at the same time.  Since I made several of these, the layout is pretty basic.  SU supplies used were the scallop circle & border punches, pretty in pink & elegant eggplant inks, and Fabulous Phrases stamp set.  Everything else is either retired or non-SU product.  I am finding that I LOVE the Fab Phrases stamps.  They are so versatile!  TFL!!!
